Women are encouraged to learn breast self-examination and to come for a clinical breast examination if they notice a lump, a change in the skin or nipple, or any other concern. Breast cancer found early is easier to treat.

    Blood donation drive at the hospital. Safe blood saves mothers with obstetric bleeding, accident victims and children with severe anaemia. Donors should be healthy, 16 to 65, and weigh at least 50 kg.
