The Comprehensive Care Clinic (CCC) provides comprehensive HIV care and treatment, from testing and diagnosis through ongoing treatment, monitoring and follow-up.
The clinic provides:
- HIV testing, counselling and linkage to care, including couple and family testing
- Treatment preparation and counselling before initiation of antiretroviral therapy
- Antiretroviral (ARV) medication dispensing and refills
- CD4 count and viral load monitoring
- Treatment adherence support and follow-up
- Prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT), in coordination with the Maternal and Child Health team
- TB screening and management of opportunistic infections
- Nutrition and psychosocial support
